About The Village Rest

“There aren’t many places where you are made to feel so welcome” Friendly, welcoming staff and excellent food.  We visited this place on 9th April as a family of four and had our evening meal there.  From the outside this looks like a small cottage but on stepping inside you realise it’s much bigger than you would imagine.  From the moment we stepped inside we were welcomed and shown to our table.  Service was excellent, menus, drinks order, food order and food all taken/arrived promptly and always with a smile.  Food was excellent and generous portions.  This is a gem of a place and so glad we found it.  There are tables outside too for nice days.  Nice selection of cakes too if you just fancied coffee and a cake.  There aren’t many places where you are made to feel so welcome.

Great food!” Great atmosphere!  Charming place!  Friendly staff!  Great food!  Second time visiting the terrific village of Luss, and again we enjoyed a meal and a drink here at The Village Rest.  First time was not a fluke!  Still great food and very nice people serving us.  Nice way to end an enjoyable day in Luss :).
