We are unable to insure your booking and always recommend travellers to take out travel insurance for any trips.

As with all holiday bookings, we advise you to take out travel insurance to cover your costs should you need to cancel. A small business such as ours is clearly affected by cancellations, and we ask for your understanding and consideration of our policy. If a guest requires to cancel a reservation for any reason, they must notify the proprietors by telephone and confirm it in writing. The proprietors shall then attempt to re-book the room, but if unsuccessful, the guest will not be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid, and the following will apply:

Check-out is 10am (GMT).
We require a payment of 25% of your booking total upfront to secure your booking.
Well-behaved pets are welcome in our cottages at an additional fee of £30 per booking, and at a maximum of two pets per cottage.
Our self-catering accommodation is open at Christmas. Our cottages are closed.
